Cannas are wonderful perennial flowers to have in the garden. They regular watering through the growing season and can tolerate wet soils. Hardy in zones 7 and above, the rhizomes should be lifted in the fall if you live in a zone less than 7. They are heavy feeders so give a slow release high quality flower and bulb fertilizer during the growing season.
