Elephant Garlic a soft neck variety that produces large bulbs with a milder flavor. The milder flavor allows raw use in salads or sandwiches, making it easier for you to take advantage of the many healthy aspects of growing and eating garlic. Some will even munch on these raw, right from the garden! The bulbs are up to 4 inches wide and 3 inches long and weighing up to 1 pound. Order contains 6 separate cloves.
Planting Instructions:
